DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Heart Of Glass provides shipping with a number of regular couriers and will do our upmost to ensure your boards and accessories reach you in perfect condition. The delivery times provided are estimates only. Heart Of Glass Byron Bay will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
You will be required to sign upon delivery of all products. Customers will be notified via email that their ordered product(s) have been sent with an estimate of the product(s) arrival time. If the customer is not at the specified location to sign for the product there may be fees in place for a redelivery at a later date. If the nominated place of delivery should be unattended, the Shipping Company may store the goods and if the Goods are stored there may be costs involved for the storage and redelivery of the products(s).
Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 2 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If for any reason your product(s) are damaged please supply photos of the damage and the packaging to juan@rhinolaminating.com within 48hrs of taking delivery.
NOTE: Please keep all packaging and shipping boxes in the event the product(s) need to be sent back. We will work with you to get your products returned back to you as quickly as possible.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. No responsibility will be taken for incorrect address's given.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is now available. Please contact us directly to give you an accurate quotation prior to ordering boards. Once finalised you will be able to get regular updates on your board and it's journey to you. (Our Safe Delivery Guarantee is not included for international shipping and we recommend you get shipping insurance when shipping abroad).
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted if the item is not what was ordered or a mistake in fulfilling the order has been made. Additionally, if there is a problem or defect with the product, we require photo evidence of the problem or defect and only then will discuss the possible return of the item.
