Back in 2009, Doctor Ding started as a small surfboard repair operation in Byron Bay built on one simple idea fast, honest repairs done properly. What began as fixing mates’ boards quickly became a local name surfers trusted to get them back in the water fast.
Over the years, the business evolved into Heart Of Glass Byron Bay — designing, shaping and building boards for surfers, stores and brands around Australia. But people never forgot Doctor Ding.
Now it’s back. Same roots. Same standards. No shortcuts. From everyday pressure dings to full restorations. Doctor Ding exists to keep good boards alive and surfers surfing.
